That would be a different Twin Sisters on you link there Capt. The Twin Sisters in the photo is in CO. I'm not sure who built the radio shack. It might be a weather station, but I don't know.

Yes it could be a Haliburton mind control relay station. Fortunately, my hiking hat is lined with aluminum foil for protection from mind control rays.
