Another celly shot in Fourmile. Gives an idea of what the scenery is like, and it is fantastic, but the photo is kind of crummy. I can't wait to go back and check out Fourmile some more, maybe on a nice big thumper dual sport motorcycle if I am so lucky. Maybe a KLR 650 like the one I just sold? That would be nice. How much fuel does the bike use compared to a car?

I hear them complaining about sky high fuel prices in America... lemme tell you you pay about a THIRD what we do on a gallon/litre. T's always called a "litre" here just to make it sound cheaper!

Gas by my house is down to $3.79 a gallon. The bike gets around 50 mpg give or take 5 depending on how hard it is ridden. My car gets 30 mpg. My truck gets 15 mpg. I really should sell that truck, but I don't think anyone wants it. Oh and people in the States complain about everything.

Too bad about selling the bike, I know how that is. When I was laid off in '93 with a brand-new house and a baby on the way, I started selling everything that wasn't nailed down. Still have never replaced my prized Premier/Tama drum kit...

Ahhh. The bike is no big deal. It was nothing special. Neither is the truck which is still darkening the garage. It can go in the spring. Everything else I have is of no value. Just selling stuff to have less to move if that ever happens.

Heck Capt. Noise you are a writer, VB coder, Airbus driver, mechanic, now musician. You have some mad skills going on there Capt.
